Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Almighty mobile application (the “App”) operated by Almighty (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You may not create accounts for others without permission, or create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Send spam or unsolicited promotional materials.
  • Engage in conduct that restricts others from using the App.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Upload malicious code or viruses.
  • Harvest personal information of other users without consent.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and share.
  • By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate the App.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

5. Calling Services

  • The App provides voice and video calling powered by third-party infrastructure.
  • Call quality depends on your internet connection — we do not guarantee uninterrupted calling.
  • The App is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services and cannot be used for emergency calls (e.g., 911/112).
  • You consent to use of your device’s microphone and camera during calls.

6. Communities and Spaces

  • Community creators and moderators are responsible for content within their communities.
  • We reserve the right to remove communities or content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, features, code, and trademarks are owned by Almighty.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written permission.
  • The “Almighty” name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account through Settings > Account Deletion. Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for any content posted by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almighty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Almighty, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use is at your own risk.

14. Modifications to the App and Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
  • We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Almighty operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable rules.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

At Almighty, privacy is the foundation of our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect limited personal information such as your phone number and/or email address when you register. This is used solely for account verification, authentication, and essential app functionality.

Crash & Diagnostic Data (Non-Tracking)

We may collect anonymized crash reports and diagnostic data to identify bugs and improve stability.
This data:

  • Is not used for advertising
  • Is not linked to third-party data
  • Is not used to track users across apps or websites

Device Information

Basic device details (device type, OS version) may be collected to ensure compatibility and reliable performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly to:

  • Provide messaging, calling, and related platform functionality
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect users from spam or misuse
  • Diagnose crashes and improve service reliability

We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Tracking & Advertising

Almighty does not track users.
We do not:

  • Track users across apps or websites
  • Engage in targeted or behavioral advertising
  • Share data with advertising networks or data brokers

4. Third-Party Services

Almighty may use trusted third-party providers to support operations, security, and performance. All providers operate under strict confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

5. User Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they create, post, or share. Almighty does not actively monitor private communications and does not endorse user-generated content.

Almighty reserves the right to investigate reports of misuse and may restrict or remove access in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards including:

  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Secure infrastructure and system protections
  • Restricted access to authorized systems only
  • Ongoing monitoring and security reviews

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Age Requirement

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us immediately.

8. International Use

Almighty may be accessed globally. By using the app, you acknowledge that information may be processed in accordance with applicable international data protection laws.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
